SD and microSD memory cards included in the ArmourDrive EX series



Greenliant has “expanded its ArmourDrive portfolio” with highly reliable industrial SD and microSD memory cards. ArmourDrive SD and microSD memory cards use 3D NAND TLC and SLC flash memory with a resource of 3000 and 30 000 rewriting cycles, respectively. The first cards are part of the PX series, the second - in the EX series.

ArmourDrive SD and microSD EX series cards are available in sizes from 8 GB to 64 GB, and PX series cards from 32 GB to 256 GB. All of them comply with SD 6.10 specification, support UHS I-104 and are marked Speed ​​Class 10. Sequential read speeds of up to 95 MB / s, sequential write - 85 MB / s. The cards are guaranteed to remain operational in the temperature range from -40 ° C to +85 ° C, withstand shock (short-term exposure with acceleration up to 1500g) and vibration (20g). The degree of protection of the cards is IPX7.


Greenliant is already shipping the PX-series memory cards and plans to start mass-delivering the EX-series in December. Areas of application include portable data loggers and scanners, professional video and photo cameras, portable medical diagnostic devices, ticket and vending machines, diagnostic and control equipment, surveillance systems and industrial automation.
