The famous athlete Usain Bolt took part in a mass brawl near a nightclub in London. According to media reports, the company of an eight-time Olympic champion quarrelled with men from Eastern Europe, after which a showdown began on the street, in which about 30 people took part. A witness said the Jamaican sprinter hit one of his rivals in an attempt to protect his friend.

According to The Sun, an eight-time Olympic champion arrived at the venue a little later than one in the morning with five friends. However, Bolt's company did not have time to really enjoy the pastime at the club: they soon got into a conflict with another group of vacationers, whom the media describe as “seven guys from Eastern Europe”.
Showdowns flowed smoothly from the club to the street, new participants spontaneously joined them, and soon a massacre with about 30 people began near the entrance to the institution.
On the video of the incident, someone's excited screams are constantly heard, a group of men is running somewhere as if trying to catch up with the competitors who are fighting off, and someone has already fallen on the asphalt, and several people are simultaneously kicking him.
At some point, Bolt appears in the frame, however, he does not strike anyone, but only with a worried look, sneaks through the crowd.
Also in several photos from the scene, you can see how the famous athlete aggressively talks with several participants in a brawl and then presses one of them to the car. It’s a nightmare in the style of Alexander Kokorin and Pavel Mamaev.
According to media reports, in this way, Usain tried to stop the fight, and, in the end, he succeeded.
The Sun claims that the clashes began to subside immediately after the "tall Jamaican athlete" grabbed the man by the chest and pressed him into a taxi.
One of the brawl witnesses said that, apparently, this man was the instigator of all the showdowns, and after an emotional conversation with him, Bolt ensured that the conflict came to nought.
“Usain acted as a peacemaker. When it was all over, he made his friends quickly get into the cars and leave the place. Only after that did Bolt leave for a taxi. It was about three in the morning, ”said the witness.
Also, involuntary eyewitnesses of the fight confirmed that the brawl was very serious, and expressed surprise that its participants managed to avoid injuries. “It was some kind of madness. A lot of guys joined these showdowns. It’s a miracle that none of them received serious damage.
They dealt a lot of blows to each other. Some people were thrown to the ground and beaten while lying down, ”
- the casual witness of the fight has recalled.
Another person present at the scene noted that Bolt himself had his hands slightly dropped during a skirmish.
“Usain delivered one blow while trying to defend his comrade. Everything happened in a second.
Then the situation began to calm down, the general scuffle broke up into individual fights one on one, and gradually everything calmed down. But it was really scary. It seemed to me that all these showdowns would never end, ”the witness admitted.
A police squad was called to the club, but he arrived too late. According to the press service of law enforcement bodies in London, at the scene, there were no one of the participants in the brawl, including the victims beaten on the sidewalk.
It is hoped that the scandalous episodes involving Bolt will end there, especially since he was never inclined to unbridled behaviour - even after the end of his career.

Recall, the famous Jamaican decided to leave athletics in 2017 - after the World Cup in London, where he took a bronze medal at a distance of 100 m.
Despite a pretty decent result, the 31-year-old athlete at that time already knew that he would no longer be able to demonstrate his best level.
Bolt is the only athlete in history who has won Olympic gold at distances of 100 and 200 meters three times (!) In a row - the Jamaican won the highest award in Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio de Janeiro 2016.
In total, he has eight Olympic gold medals (six in personal races, two in relay races) and 11 victories at the World Cup (which is a record).
In addition, Usain still holds the speed record at his crown distances: 100 m - 9.58 seconds, 200 m - 19.19.
